Experience

My clinical work centers on working with people to help build healthy, supportive relationships in their lives. I have over a decade of experience working with adult individuals. I have interests in the areas of working with anxiety, divorce, mindfulness, career development, communication, depression, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, stress, postpartum depression, trauma recovery, and many other psychological and emotional issues.

A unique area of my clinical practice involves sexual issues. I see a variety of people facing sexual challenges and barriers. I work with many women experiencing pelvic pain, and I also am passionate about sexual enrichment and education.

Workshops

I'm passionate about offering services to help develop healthy, inclusive, and safe communities. I am pleased to provide consultative services and offer several workshops for work spaces, schools and other various organizations. Workshops that I offer center on relationship enrichment, stress management, finding authenticity and purpose in life, sexual education/enrichment, self-care, and parenting.

I am pleased to have been trained in Dr. Brené Brown's research and I also offer workshops developed from her research. Please feel free to contact me directly with questions.

Services

I offer telehealth therapy to individuals located in Iowa. I take many major insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to verify telehealth coverage.

 

Additionally, I offer on-going virtual seminars and workshops that are available regardless of location.
